Membership Fees

AJI Life Membership - $550

Life Membership is only available to those registered members in Good Standing who have attained a minimum rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt (Nidan.) You must have been previously approved for Life Membership by the BOD. Payment of fees does not guarantee acceptance. In the event that your application is denied, your fees will be refunded in full.

  2. For renewals, no signature is required. If you're a new member, you must either digially sign the form (if e-mailing it) or print out a hard copy to sign and then mail to the mailing address indicated on the form.

Order Your Certificates Online

When ordering a new certificate, please send a notification to Registration Chair Mindy DeCastro (decastro.mindy5@gmail.com) to indicate:

  1. Your full name
  2. Current rank
  3. Date of Promotion

Requested certificates must have prior approval of the instructor (for Kyu ranks) or the AJI Board of Directors (for Dan ranks).
